We are an indepedent company with control over our business practices, and we limit our carbon footprint as much as possible. 

• We do not work from a centralized office, limiting commuting and business travel. 

• In Oregon, the electricity that powers our home offices are enrolled in Pacific Power’s Blue Sky program, and monthly electric used is 100% powered by a blend of renewable resources from Oregon, Idaho, and Washington. 

• In Washington, 100% of home office energy usage is powered by renewables primarily generated in the Northwest. This program is Green-e® Energy certified, and meets the environmental and consumer-protection standards set forth by the nonprofit Center for Resource Solutions.

• When we do travel, we offset emissions by donating to small energy and conservation groups run by non-profit organizations including NativeEnergy and Sustainable Travel International. .
