  • Strategy

    We partner closely with brand and creative teams from the very beginning of campaign strategy discussions, focusing on how communication touch-points can come together to effectively reach an audience while amplifying the creative message. We work with clients to determine efficient spend levels based on audiences sizes, campaign goals, and market priorities. Our team delves into consumer media behaviors, the creative concepts, campaign goals, and media marketplace and industry trends to design a comprehensive communications strategy.

  • Media Planning

    Once a communications plan is in place, we build a detailed media plan including channels and spend, manage the RFP process with media partners, rate negotiations, analysis of reach & frequency, and more. Our team handles a variety of paid channels including digital display, Google campaigns (verified Google Partner), programmatic, OTT/CTV/VOD, social, print, experiential and out-of-home.

  • Media Buying

    When a media plan has been approved, we move into purchasing media, building spec sheets, and setting up self-service digital campaigns. We work closely with clients and external partners to ensure all of the details are handled including creative specs, UTM tracking, pixel management, creative trafficking via GCM and more.

  • Reporting & Optimization

    As campaigns go live, we continuously monitor delivery, make optimizations and share performance recommendations with our clients. We build real-time reporting dashboards with Google Data Studio so our clients have a full campaign view, whenever they’d like.

    When a campaign wraps, a recap report is shared with clients providing insights into performance, final delivery, creative and spend.

  • Tools & Tracking

    We have access to planning tools including comScore and competitive insights via Kantar (and invest in others as needed) as well as relationships with brand tracking companies including Morning Consult for brands looking to measure consumer sentiment, brand awareness, etc.
